Field trip to Doel – a (partly) abandoned village near Antwerp. Many houses have been subject to vandalism; or have been bombed with grafiti.
Botanical garden Jean Massart (Brussels, Belgium)
The botanical garden “Jean Massart” is an open air plant collection featuring about 1.500 species.
It is situated next to the E411 entering Brussels. If you want to visit this garden, you can find the practical info here.
The garden was created back in 1922, it contains themed collections. For me the wetland area was particularly interesting as there were quite some orchids blooming.
Wolfsheuvel (Wuustwezel, Belgium)
With FFFS, I visited Wolfsheuvel in Wuustwezel, Belgium. The fog produced a strange mood.
